ABOUT THE PROJECT: I was delighted to work with ILGA-Europe, the membership organisation for LGBTQ+ organisations in Europe, on a suite of training resources for their ‘Skill Boosts’ series. These bespoke trainings and resources for ILGA-Europe members were all about how to make the most of Meta Ads with limited budgets. The resources included:
- A 90-minute training workshop for members
- A 46-page guide to digital ads, to provide more context and background to the information shared in the training session
- A one-on-one coaching session with one ILGA member organisation
- A peer review session where members got feedback on a digital ad campaign plan
- An article for the ILGA website with 9 key recommendations about Meta ads
The ‘Skill Boosts’ sessions are an excellent service for ILGA-Europe members, and I’d encourage any LGBTQ+ organisations to become ILGA-Europe members and avail of their support.
